Orders are usually dispatched with tracking within 2 business days. Our cut-off time for processing order is 12.00 noon (GMT + 8 hours). If you order after the last cut-off time, the order will be processed the next working day. All items must be paid in full before we process the order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details shortly after your order has been despatched. We encourage you to regularly track your parcel online.
Please note that it is entirely your responsibility to provide a full and correct shipping address which includes your phone number or email address that we can reach you just in case our courier company can't locate you. If you want to correct your shipping address after making payment, please contact us immediately.
Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.
Under normal circumastances, you will receive your parcel around 3-7 working days upon confirmation of order for addresses within major cities in Malaysia. For outskirt areas and East Malaysia, delivery may be delayed another 7-10 days depending on your shipping address. This is just an estimation as delivery is control by the shipping providers and is completely beyond our control.
All delivery times quoted are estimated times and are subject to inventory availability. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and we are not liable for any delay or failure to supply the goods where this is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control; e.g. severe weather conditions, fire, accidents, war or civil disturbance, strike, any form of Government action, failure of our supplier(s), failure by you to give us a correct delivery address or notify us of any change of address.
If inventory is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you and let you know when we expect the items ordered to come into stock. You can then let us know whether you would like to wait or if you would like to cancel your order. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us. We will refund you the money paid for any goods which cannot be supplied.
Track Your Order
Login to your account to view the status of your order. If your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be displayed along with the status of your order. We are not responsible for lost packages for which no tracking was purchased. If you need further assistance tracking your order, please contact us.
We do not accept claims for missing orders beyond 30 days from the date of shipping. If you have not received your order within this period, please contact us immediately to check on the status of your order. We do not guarantee any shipments made to P.O. Box addresses. If you believe that your order is severely overdue, please contact us quoting your order number and we will take appropriate action.
Shipping Outside Malaysia
Delivery is subject to time needed for customs clearance. All estimated delivery time is derived from experiences gathered from past orders. They are approximate time for reference only. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays in Malaysia and in your country. This is beyond our control. Our aim is to ship your item as fast as possible. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery time frame we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or self-collect your parcel, kindly contact us within 7 days after the stipulated time frame.
CUSTOMS, DUTY AND TAXES
You are the importer of our product(s) therefore must comply with all laws and regulations of your country. The parcel may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once the parcel reaches your country. We at shsgarden.com (Grand SHS Resources) are not in any way responsible for any import taxes, duties, brokerage fees or customs delays, which may be incurred on your shipment. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We do not have control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Such fees are applied by the customs of your country. If you decline to pay any taxes or duties or fees due upon delivery of your order, the package may be abandoned or destroyed. We regret that we cannot consider requests for refunds under such circumstances.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You can contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery time frame. It is entirely your responsibility to make yourself aware of your country's import policies prior to purchasing from our website.
