Medium maturing variety, Harvest 50-60 days after sowing. High yield and highly adaptable to different temperatures, can densely planted. Tolerance to heat and rain, disease resistant. Pod length 9-10cm, sweet and tender taste.

Our seeds are technologically processed and hygienically packed to ensure maximum and quality yield. Please be sure to examine the correct plant seeds before sowing and ensure proper planting practice under the right weather conditions.

There are many possible reasons why seeds don't germinate. The key factors are the seedling soil used, moisture level, temperature, how deep the seeds are buried etc.

If you have a low germination rate, you are welcome to contact us so that we can help find out why the germination rate is low.

SEED SOWING GUIDE

1. Use seedling pots, a seedling tray or small containers to sow the seeds
2. Use SHS KEBUN peat moss to sow the seeds to ensure good germination rate
3. Make some small holes on the peat moss and put in 1 seed for each hole
4. Cover with a thin layer of soil.
5. Water twice a day until after germination.
6. When 3-4 true leaves appear, remove the weak seedlings. Keep the strongest seedling for each hole.
7. Use SHS Kebun All-Purpose Organic Compost Fertilizer as the base fertilizer. Mix 30-50% of it to your potting mix or raised bed. This will give a good head-start for the seedling to grow healthily and strong to fight diseases.
8. Transplant the seedlings to the raised bed/pot. 
9. Use Baba Vegimix organic soil which is perfect for fruiting vegetables
10. Apply high N fertilizer (SHS KEBUN N6-P3-K3) every 7-10 days to encourage the growth of healthy leaves.
11. When it starts to flower, apply high P fertilizer (SHS KEBUN Blood and Bone Meal).
12. When it starts to fruit, apply high K fertilizer (SHS KEBUN N3-P5-K15)

Harvesting Tips: 

Harvest after approximately 90 days or when the pods are filled out and are plump, but are still bright green. If pods turn yellow, flavor and nutrition have gone past their peak

PEST CONTROL

If snails / slugs are a problem in your garden, use Mr Ganick Organic Molluscicide.

Apply Garlic Powder Plus once a week to force pests like mealy bugs, aphids, white flies etc out of their hiding places. Then apply Mr Ganick Scale Terminator organic pesticide to get rid of them.
